At Birria Queen, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (seasoning bombs and food-related items), we do not accept returns once the product packaging has been opened. However, if the product is unopened, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Process:

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original item (if unopened).

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
